Defacto Government Power

Defacto Government Power : I think "defacto" powers exists behind the scenes of our current "visible" government.The current government is de facto and not de jure .This is why the police did not get arrested for hurting people at G20 .That is why when you look at the civil code of Quebec it clearly states under article 10 that no one shall intervene on a person without his free and enlightened consent. They tricked us into thinking we have to submit when in fact our consent creates our agreement to the defacto power.There is a maxim in law that states "contract creates law". This is how the fraud has been perpetrated.

You need to understand, that we in this country, are the only people in the world that were originally given sovereign rights. That is why others in the United States and Europe have been working to undermine our status. Once our sovereign status is removed, we all become slaves to the government; so that a new world order or one world government can eventually be implemented.Built into American system of law -- which begins with the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, the American Revolution fought to defend that Declaration, and the Treaty of Peace with Great Britain -- sovereignty is vested in both, the citizen and the states.

The Constitution was derived from the above instruments, and must be taken together with them to be properly understood.

We the people are sovereign by law in the American Constitutional Republic.
